Top of the line Bauer Super 8 film camera with the French Angenieux Zoom-Macro lens, has an f-number of 1.4 and an incredible 15x zoom range of 6-90mm. In 35mm SLR terms that is equivalent to a lens giving a spread from 38mm to 563mm.

The microcomputer controls all the important functions in any situation and you don't need to be an electronics genius to make the most of its opportunities like an automatic slow motion at 40 fps, professionally dissolved scene changes or the built-in self-actuating release with pre-programmable start and finish. A fold-out, integral shoulder stock is a nice addition too. There is more to say of course, but since each control is clearly labeled and beautifully arranged, it's all self-explanatory.
