31 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, simply return it to us within 31 days of receipt and, at your discretion, an exchange or refund will be given.

All items must be returned in same original condition in which they were purchased. All returns must be in the original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice. All return expenses are non-refundable unless a defective or incorrect product has been shipped.

Defective Item

In case of a defective or incorrect item, please inform us within 24h of receiving and return it for inspection within 3 days of receipt. Once we have confirmed the receipt of returned item and/or verified the fault, we will issue you (at your discretion) a replacement, store credit or full refund via original payment method including the return shipping costs.

Any returned item that is found not to be defective or incomplete may be subject to a 12.5% service fee and will be returned at your expense.

Claim Your Return

To claim your return, registered users should simply obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) by logging into Your Account --> Order History --> Request A Return and follow our instructions. A RMA number helps to speed up the processing of your return and you can track the progress through our Track a Return form.
