1. General Information
All prices include shipping by premium priority air mail to all destinations in the world. For a small extra fee your item will be sent by an express courier. We do not ship by standard (economy) mail because such parcels are not insured and very slow.
Parcels are usually despatched within 24h - 48h once order is confirmed. Full insurance is always included. A tracking number together with tracking instructions is emailed so you can watch the progress.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on your country and the service you choose. Priority Mail parcels are always sent by the fastest available route to the destination country. Letters are sent by signed mail and priority mail.
Express couriers are the fastest option with guaranteed delivery times.

3. Money-Back Guarantee
Deliveries made by our express courier are backed by a money-back guarantee for transportation charges. This does no apply for delays caused by custom authorities or severe weather conditions.
4. Brokerage fee
There is no brokerage fee for shipments by DHL. Express couriers may charge such a fee when importing goods to your country (not USA). This varies from approx. $30 up to $40 and depends on country. However, this is the fastest delivery way.
No brokerage fees are charged for imports to the USA or deliveries within European Community. Furthermore imported Super 8mm film equipment is no subject to import duty in many countries (USA, Australia etc).
5. Delivery / Non-Delivery
Please note delivery times for parcels sent by DHL are estimates only, are not guaranteed and can be longer during peak periods (Christmas for example). Customs check or acts of nature may cause a delay too. If your delivery is late or doesn't arrive in the delivery timescale please contact us through our Contact Us form or on syeoruvhiacvee@2s0uspeecro8nadrsetnoac.ocmopmly.
In the event of a non-delivery we will file a claim from our side. Please note we can only allow a replacement and/or refund after DHL (or your courier) classifies a parcel as lost. The time scale for such claim takes from 10 to 30 business days and depends upon the circumstances in a particular case.
We will keep you informed and forward any correspondence immediately to you.
5. Damage / Shortage
Inspect your parcel upon arrival and report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier. Such damage may include crushed, torn, open, unseamed tape, etc. If there is apparent damage, sign the carrier's receipt with the words: "Exception - Damage".
All purchases from this web site are made pursuant to a shipment contract and are shipped by insured mail, thus damage during transit is not considered a defective condition. In such a unlikely event, please contact us within 24 hours of arrival. If a package is damaged via your local postal service (USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail), then you must complete a claim form. You are reimbursed directly from your local postal service for damaged claims. Although we will insure the package, you have to file a claim.
